Just read this from the beginning. Nice work. Impressive paint for a shed-job too. Kudos.

Great pics! Well done getting so many clear shots without people around too. My phone died on the way there so I got none. It was a good turnout & perfect weather too.

This just popped up on AVD. Looks straight and very good for rust. Factory blau too. I'd be jumping all over this if I hadn't just bought something else. If it's as rust free as it looks it's a bargain. http://forums.aussieveedubbers.com/viewtopic.php?tid=108787 http://s23.postimg.org/fwpdpclvr/imag...

I know someone in NSW who has a few split case gearboxes. One has 'apparently' only done around 60,000 miles. I say that because it's what he was told when he bought a bunch of VWs & this was supposed to have come out of a wrecked low mileage car. That's not a guarantee though. It's probably too...

He's rung me too. He has a list of cars he wants, all of them are VWs that are not exactly in the 'easy to find' basket.

I'm guessing he's a buyers agent for some cashed up UK buyers, but I'm probably wrong.

Early squareback wanted. Big preference for OG or import

Hi there. I need more room for a family weekend cruiser and I'm just seeing if there's any good early squarebacks around that someone on here may be interested in parting with. I'm not in any rush, but I have a good budget for the right car, but it has to be super solid. I'd prefer something with OG...

On closer inspection the blau one on FB is a Euro 66. Oh well still a nice car but not for me.

Thanks for that jnr 356, I have PM'ed him on another forum but he hasn't gotten back to me yet. I know he had it up on theSamba for a while. That's pretty much exactly what I was wanting to build anyway.

Cheers, Dave

Holy Crap! That was fast. Thankyou. I've left a message but looks like ill be joining a queue for that one. This is not mine but the same spec as what I was restoring back in the 90s. Sure wish I had finished mine. http://s28.postimg.org/e57sc9g2x/image.jpg http://s28.postimg.org/elxlcft7t/image.jpg

US or Euro Spec 67 Beetle complete or parts

I don't have high expectations for this one, but as the title states, I'm looking for a German built 67 Beetle, LHD or RHD, I'm not fussy about that. I've been outta the scene for a long time since I had to forfeit my Savannah Beige US 67. Any info on anyone who might be willing to part with one wou...
