WTB - Clutch kit to suit 74 L-Bug

Post by PASHN8 »

Hi guys,
Who is the best local supplier who would carry a good quality clutch kit for a '74 L-Bug 1600 at a reasonable price? Sachs?

I have my donor L-bug I need to get moving from my back yard so I can test the IRS gearbox and the clutch is shot. Worth replacing as a whole kit, or just the clutch disc?

Thanks in advance,

D.

You can grab my second hand one mate to test the box, if the box tests ok then you can get a new kit before it goes into the bus as you will be splitting the box and engine anyway

Avwpc in Croydon have good quality kits, they've screened out the shit stuff already as they hate comebacks too
As of 2020 Fresh Kustoms will be providing a range of new parts as we are now a BBT approved distributor
