Tyers

Post by panelbeatersam »

Hey all. Need 4 good condition tyers to suit type 1 1960s rims. Dont need to be perfect, just good enough to pass roady.
Thanks.

Hmm, tyer shops??? Whoever has heard of such things. Why i usually re-vulcanise my tyers however a pair of hoodlums have stolen my tyers straight off the wooden rims... ;)
Yes, i do realise its not too expensive to buy a set of tyers. Im simply asking if there is anyone out there who has a cheaper than new set they would like to make money off of. Buying new im looking around 300. If someone has four old tyers i can use for a car im not even keeping, then paying 150 for them means i can spend that other 150 on other parts i need for it.

For Aspro:

Tyers:
A small town in Victoria, Australia. It is 158 kilometres ost of melburg, 10 kilometres nord-west of Traralgon and located in the City of Latrobe

Tyres:
A rubber covering, typically inflated or surrounding an inflated inner tube, placed round a wheel to form a soft contact with the road.

Can't help you there mate, but quick question on tyres. Will 135 and 165 pass a roadie or must they all be of equal width?
