Thanks guys. So far, everything is back to normal except I have to take blood thinning drugs for a while to come. I don't think it has really sunk in - I am from a strong medical family (Dad and brother are doctors, mum and sister are nurses - I was the postmans kid and became an engineer!) and they were really scared. I guess I was just very lucky this time.
I have now got even more respect for the Ambos and staff at Emergency - they were brilliant.

I might take a fist full of cash to Dubs and see what follows me home.

I know Ben drove the panel down to Vic for the Laneway festival and was on his way back last week - engine was leaking oil though Hopefully he made it home (so that will dictate if he takes the panel I guess!)

Hmmm, don't count on a tasty pie. Last year they must have though "pfft lame VW show", and put 2 pies in the warmer and one staff member on. Stuff waiting in that queue, the pub was a far better option that day as it was a stinker and there was no shade!
Humble Pie is now closed and the event is now being held at the tavern right next door. Yes, Humble Pie wasnt expecting so many people last year and they were caught out. Time and date is still the same.
Yep,
Pity the original venue(Ettamogah Pub) changed ownership and the new owner wanted money from Bad Little Buggers to hold the event there. Undoubtedly the BIGGEST day on their calaner= shitloads of business!
Will be there with bells on. Wife will be in the oval and I in the Kombi.
Have to have a couple o down town browns with you, Leroy and other Bris lads.
