I went to VVDS today to pick some stuff up and I spotted this outside. I tried to get an interior shot but it was overcast and it didn't come out. I don't have the tools to notch them I originally wanted adjustable plates but I did some research and read through a fair few threads where people were having lots of problems with them. I figured I'd just stick to the normal spring plates like everyone else.

I'm looking for a set of two notched spring plates for my '64 type 1. PM me if you have a set lying around. I know I can notch my current ones but I'd like to keep the current set as a spare.

Ah, I go during the week so that's why the parking is bad I guess. I'll try and head down for a cruise and a bite.

I'm keen to go but I might be busy on Sunday. Parking is bad on a GOOD day though. I don't know where all these cars are going to go.

Tell me about it. It's trying to clear up and the rain is slowing a little bit. I'm hoping it rains itself out by Sunday.

The front of mine was the lowest at least Myeah the traffic was caused by a huge accident on the Habour Bridge, the opening of an IKEA about 100 metres from where we were and a fatal car accident 50 metres down the road, plus it was Friday arvo peak hour traffic. Fun times =/

You didn't miss much, just a lot of fat chicks and two hours of traffic to get there. I think my '64 was the oldest there. There'll be another in a few weeks.
