i tried it earlier from work and it was fine, but now from home no good.
there is a technical explanation for why some can still see it and others can't (ref: nameservers).

I don't understand... only once had a problem buying stuff on ebay from the states and got my money back from paypal no probs. If they say it ships worldwide, can't hurt to drop them a message asking for postage costs and if that all goes well then why not go through with it? I reckon if you want it...

if you plan on cutting them up i would recommend saving springplates from this fate and instead keep them so you can swap back from notched plates if needed for a rwc or whatever. quality reproductions are not available unless you want to pay $$$. might be better to try out some flat plate or square...

you can use them, but you need to pein over the edges so that the small torsion leaves dont work their way out. not sure how hard it would be to do it... i just used later ones. alternatively you could reweld the ends of the torsion leaves... also use 10 flat washers for the link pin instead of 8+th...

didn't say that couldn't be done...
