Every Aussie mk5 I've seen has headlamps like that, I presumed it was just due to our conditions..

They came up real nice!

Hey FONZ....eeeeeeyyyyy!!!, my wife's 10 years old ML320 had the same issues with he headlight plastic. I bought the headlight polishing kit but never really worked that well for me

I guess it depends how bad it has gone. It definitely helped having a proper rotary polisher to do the job though. The quick go I had doing it by hand got me nowhere.
