Ummm, I know it's already been said but I feel I need to express myself too.
The billet bug is really ugly.
Not just a bit ugly.....really ugly.
There's no style about it.
He's just sort of us whacked the stuff on and said "Look how trick my car is!" :?

Well, I'm not fond of Riviera(?) alloys anyway and the only way you can really make them look good is if you put 40 series tyres on the front, something tall at the back and then slam the buggery out of it.
Standard height and sensible tyres makes it look like you left your horn-rims and your pocket protector in your 50th Anniversary Star Trek costume.
Along the lines of "My mum says I'm popular."
Only my mate's aqua Fastback ever looked ok standard height and normal tyres on Rivieras and they still weren't my idea of a good rim.
Still, different strokes for different folks.
But as the others said, going that look and pretending your the next big trend is just acting like a tool.

With the machining talent that bloke has, he should be working on billet alu heads and nickasil cylinders and not door handles and roofracks. such a waste.
