Ive been going to Harry's most Friday nights for the last 6 months , there has been a lot of work done with the police and it seems to be good now. There is a big meet and cruise up to Ferny grove tavern on the 2 Feb with Harry's. Personally I like the scene , I'm pretty over local VW shows , same stuff , same clickyness .

agree totally about he vw scene… i prefer a sunday morning coffee run or a place to have a beer and/or bbq looking at the cars and talking to people you like to have a conversation with… just been to many places that have been ruined by cocks

What about that joint at the base of Mt Tamborine?
Always thought that'd be a bitchin spot for a car meet.

Can't think of the name, They used to hold the Garter belts and gasoline show there. It's like a tavern.

Agreed too guys. Very much want to keep away from larger meets and the cops that can come with that. Can do without that kind of attention. Down for another cruise and coffee for sure. It's the company that makes it enjoyable. Any new spot welcome for sure. Keen!

I'll come to a cruise and coffee, I go to Harry's mostly because I love street machines and hot rods as much as VW's and the standard of some cars there are world class. Anyway, a meet and greet with nord Lufters is on the cards. When and where folk?

To add to the list of possible cruise spots, there is a coffee roaster on the northside at Brendale that has a big carpark and an aircon'd cafe on site.
Would be something a bit different and a bit further to cruise. Check it out ...
