Perhaps Dr Pat could shed some light on the situation regarding the pizza, and its side effects. Is it normal to have one symptom without the other?

i have heard that there are different symptoms for nth and sth hemisheres
don't know if that's applicable :roll:

No your confused there MArk. When you get head spins, it spins different directions if you are in different hemispheres. Nothing to do with sweats or cramps.

Ive discussed these exact symptoms with Dr Pat he said that the tummy ache and sweats usually go hand in hand and with my next day experience from some early morning Flaming Loui Pizza i concur,although i think Jase's symptoms was from something else

either tears or involuntary muscle movement causing uncontrllable laughter wich in turn can lead to peeing of the pants and or wind
