Ok .
Maybe not the best place to ask about h2o but here goes..
Will a radiator work better or worse if it is mounted higher than the top of the motor..?
Can't seem to find the answer elsewhere ...?

It's best to mount the radiator level with the motor and defiantly not higher or lower so I've been told.

Cool..

So luft would get trapped at the highest point because its lighter than wasser.?

Would the high point be the best location for a bleed valve to release the luft..?

you could use an "old school" radiator,i'd reckon

yes ,highest point in cooling system needs luft-bleed,whether it be on the engine or radiator(eg,neck)

Yeah it would be Tonz just like any race cars etc usually always run an luft release valve radiator cap

luft release radiator caps are used so you can release pressure prior to opening. Any high point in the system will require a bleed point. If you ever see say a speedway car with rear mounted radiators, they will often have several bleed points along the plumbing in both directions.

Thanks Josh,

The point of the question will become clear after DOVW..
Just another evolution of an idea.
