Drags and the Nostalgia festival both sound great. Unfortunately after last week-end's cruise I am confined to barracks for a while. Send us a postcard!

Nice one. You can see the new ride. Not finished yet - actually, not started either. Still collecting things.

They gave me the third degree at the gate last year, but I told them it was a "Kustom" and they let me in. Flicking a semaphore at them helped. It will need to be an early VW to get in without a doubt as I know someone who rocked up in my old '76 Cab, and they were turned away. The right attitude will get you in.
Look out for me in the scrungy HR.

split should pass
do they charge for entry of display vehicle? or just the $30 or so to watch drags

Sorry I was referring to Kurri Kurriin my above reply - should have been clearer.
For the Nostalgia drags there are two parking areas. You'll get directed up and over the hill into the main show car park if you're in the split. Others will park off to the left as you come in through the gate.

Nice pics. Damo's Army bug is trick - I've only seen what he's sent to me on the phone, so nice to have some close-ups. Arrrr the Scurvy van too. Riviera is sweet, and nice to see the old Corvair van kicking around.
I'll upload some Kurri Kurri pics tonight.
