Winter cruize to Mount Victoria return via Bells Line Rd

I'd like to sort a date for a Winter cruise to the blau Mountains.

Leave Sydney about 8am and get up there via M4 by mid/late morning. Have early lunch at Mount Victoria pub and cruise home down the Bells Line via Bilpin and Kurrajong and the M7.
