DAS Resto Haus - 'Open Haus' Sunday 16 August
DAS Resto Haus - 'Open Haus' Sunday 16 August
As we've just past the one year mark in business, I've decided to throw a little get-together to celebrate:
What: DAS Resto Haus 'OPEN-HAUS'
When: Sunday 16 August, 10am-2pm
Where: DAS Resto Haus workshop, 6/2 Calabro Way, Burleigh Heads
How: Driving from Brisbane down the Pacific Motorway (M1), take the Reedy Creek Rd exit (85), turn right at first lights (Ambassador Dr), first left on Ern Harley Dr then follow that around and left into Calabro Way.
What's there: - Free BBQ lunch and drinks
- Previous, current and future restoration projects on display
- Restoration demonstrations - panel beating, spray painting and more
So everyone is welcome, come down and show off your own ride, have a feed, a chat and a look around!
Cheers

Well, what a fantastic turn out and a great day! Lots of thanks to throw around - firstly all of you for turning up and supporting the Open Haus, I was pleasantly surprised with the number of cool cars and great people that stopped by. I can't mention everyone but a big thanks to those who made the effort to travel from melburg, Sydney, NSW mid coast, Brissy and even a couple from Burleigh Heads - was a long 5 minute drive for them!
The day wouldn't have been a success without the help from my wife Katie for all her help especially with the catering side of things whilst I have been busy getting cars/the workshop ready (there till 4am this morning!).
Big cheers to the plethora of other friends and family on bbq duties, clean up, preparation, car detailing (Leroy and Alina!) et cetera. Can't forget the other DAS Resto Haus boys, Steve and Robert for all their help as well.
With what I deem as a success, looks like this could become an annual event!
