WTB: Morris J Van

Post by jimma »

I know this is a vw forum but I thought I would throw it out there as I don't know where else to try. After restoring the kombi I have been on the look out for a new project, I have thought about getting a little beetle but after seeing a Morris J van at a car show I have been hooked on getting one. I thought I would put a post out here to see if anyone knows of any that might be for sale as I think it would be a really fun project.

Have you tried the guy on Canterbury Rd Vermont?
He has one in his yard, which he has owned since it was new....I think. I remember it when I was a kid. It was the bakery delivery van. The bakery has since closed down, but the family still owns the property....and J van.

You can also try the user 'Beryl' on here, as his brother has a J van, and might know where there are more.

I had my patience tested…….It is negative.

Might have to wait a while. Old mate would rather lose a leg than pass with the van...
